About the Rabbi

Rabbi Chaim is an ethics and governance practitioner with 15+ years of experience, working at the intersection of data systems, organizational strategy, and applied moral reasoning. Rabbi Chaim Kesler received semikhah (ordination) from Machon L’horaah under the guidance of Rabbi Nachman Wilhelm of the Chabad Lubavitch community in New York in 2025. Prior to receiving semikhah, he studied Hebrew Bible at Yale University, where he received his MA in Religion in 2011 and Business at Willamette University where he received his MBA in 2008.

Rabbi Chaim offers workshops and trainings to develop ethical literacy in a business context. Sessions focus on developing an understanding of ethical frameworks, critical thinking in morally complex situations, and employee judgment when faced with difficult situations.
